What is the return policy?

We have a no-return policy. Because each item is handmade and made with care, all handmade items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review measurements and details carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at wildflowerthreadshandmade@gmail.com , including your order number and photos so I can help resolve the issue. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

When will my package reach me?

Turnaround times varies on each drop. Please check for the most accurate information. Ready to ship items ship in 1-2 business days. Once it reaches USPS I no longer have any control over the shipping times. Please reach out to me if you have any issues and I will always see what I can do on my end.

What are your products made of?

My products are handmade using carefully selected materials from regular fabric shops, including polyester, cotton, bamboo and other natural fibers. Materials may vary by product. If you need a specific type of material, please send me a message.

Can I get a refund?

Because of our products are handmade, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and order number. I will review it and determine an appropriate resolution. I am always happy to help.
